She has a Bachelor of Performing Arts Degree from the Academy of Theatre and Film Bucharest, in accordance with the decision of the State Examination Board , session of June 1997. She came to the USA 15 years ago, where she continued her education with Andrei Malaev Babel, a Russian -American teacher and director( P.G Community College, Stanislavsky Method Acting, 1998-1999). She worked for a few years after that as an actor with Stanislavsky Theatre Studio ( today’s Synetic theatre- one of the absolute best in Washington). She also appeared in a few independent movies. After having her two daughters , she worked as a teacher ( Early Childhood Education Training, P.G. College – 2008). She is also an accredited stylist ( American College of Professional Styling 2011). She is currently working as an ART teacher in Vienna, VA. Andreia started painting in 2011 and did not stop ever since. All her childhood colors and feelings that enriched her life during the vacations and holidays spent at her grandparents’ house in Voronet ( a wonder land ) , all the experiences from Romania and USA had to burst and come to life through color and shape. Painting came to her in the most natural and pure way. She participated and got selected in 2012 ( out of tens of thousands of artists from all over the world ) in Art Takes Time Square, and had her work shown on huge panels , right in the heart of New York. She will also appear in the book that will feature the best works.
Andreia will continue looking for beauty and meaning in all forms of life.
