About the Author
Gabriel Watermiller was born in Eastern Europe. He has spent his early adult life promoting new science and technology. Realizing the futility of any pioneering work under an ossified communist system and in order to satisfy his creative urge, he decided to devote himself to literary writing and art critique. After defecting to the West and spending time in a refugee camp, he moved to Canada where he resumed his literary activities, publishing in local newspapers and various magazines. This book is his first from a trilogy depicting dreary and dangerous life of those who lived on the dark side of the Iron Curtain.
